Renovation of seven retail locations for The Howard Hughes Corporation's master renovation of The Seaport. White box of multiple tenant spaces throughout the Historic South Street Seaport for future retail and restaurant tenants. Future tenants include Rag and Bone, By Chloe, and Big Gay Ice Cream. Crown was challenged with meeting the future tenants’ modern requirements while working within the constraints of 200-year-old Landmarked buildings.
