Quad Capital was on an explosive growth path that not only outgrew its former offices, but warranted substantial upgrades to its work environment and amenities worthy of its team.  Crown’s scope for this project dramatically changed in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, due to the fact that Quad’s former offices were condemned and the timeline for completion became more urgent by the day.  Crown not only introduced every design element, but also stepped in as the owner’s representative and construction administrator, coordinating all trades and pushing them forward with a “no excuses” mentality.  

This 20,000 sq ft two-floor commercial interior was transformed to include a staircase with feature wall, bi-level lobby, two trading floors, executive offices with private bathrooms, gym, two conference rooms, two training rooms, kitchen in which a private chef prepares breakfast and lunch daily, and a private relaxation room which includes ambient lighting and two massage chairs to ensure traders have everything they need to perform at their full potential.
