Crown stands as the Lyceum Kennedy’s building architect and expeditor for the constantly evolving needs of their students and faculty.  Crown started the relationship with a building wide reconfiguration of spaces as well as mechanical systems updates.  Administrative spaces, class rooms, recreational facilities, and laboratories and other special purpose areas are always changing and being repurposed for the school’s needs, while adhering to NYC’s stringent educational rules.  Crown performed an in-depth analysis of the city’s building requirements to ensure the use of all spaces met assemblage requirements, egress and other regulations.
