Bantam Bagels

When two Columbia grads wanted to explore their creativity beyond Wall Street they stumbled upon what turned out to be a national craving, mini stuffed bagel balls.   They traded their small apartment kitchen for their very own shop on Bleecker Street.  Retail was only a stepping stone, as they landed a deal on Shark Tank from Lori Greiner, taking their bagel balls national.

Though retail expansion is no longer part of the model, Crown was able to offer turn-key services, including Architecture, MEP, Expediting and Landmarks Approval, to make this dynamic couple's dreams a reality.
