With rave reviews and a consistent following, restaurant owner and former Cipriani Executive Chef, Denis Franceschi, teamed up with the prestigious team behind La Goulue, Orsay, and Brasserie Rulman to open a second Bar Italia.  

A handpicked team of experts entered this venture with a single architect-designer in mind, Crown. The interior of a former Madison Avenue staple restaurant was completely gutted from floor to ceiling.  Chic and simple was the driver of design.  All finishes are durable and functional, allowing the restaurant to perform consistently under high traffic.  The seeming ultra-modern silver leafed bar is an adaptive reuse of 100-year-old structural beams from another Crown project. With its strong, sleek, and crisp design, Bar Italia has become the buzz of Madison Avenue.
