Clear Channel Radio’s relocated in 2006 to Tribeca’s AT&T building; originally built in 1932. The workplace is laid out for content creation, housing Clear Channel’s five NYC radio stations, the Clear Channel online music and radio business and its traffic information network. The ten broadcast studios are sustainably designed, broken out in five pairs of identical studios for each of the five stations. Additionally, there are 29 common commercial production, voice tracking and mixing studios. The resulting design successfully maximizes interaction among employees without sacrificing any station individuality.
